Robin Rider Osborne is a dedicated advocate and leader in the behavioral health and disability communities. Currently, she serves as Vice Chair of the Kentucky Behavioral Health Advisory Council and as a member of the HDI UK Disability Advisory Council. Robin is also an active member of the Kentucky ADAPT chapter and a researcher and preservationist of Kentucky’s institutional history, showcased on (link: www.kyhi.org) Her achievements have been recognized with the honor of Kentucky Colonel. With a background as a former business owner, Robin brings a unique perspective and wealth of experience to her roles. She is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.” She’s a former business owner. Rob is also a mother and grandmother.
